Can I easily track my order?

We do not offer tracking, however in most cases due to the size and weight of our product deliveries, we can offer a specific or estimated delivery date. Please contact us for further information with the products that are of interest and we will be able to confirm or narrow down the expected delivery time/date.


How can I return an item?

Our goal is to make the return process simple and quick. All products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in salable condition.

Do you provide a warranty and what are the terms?

The specific warranty terms can vary depending on the product you've purchased.

In general, our warranties typically range from 1 to 10 years, depending on the product category. To find the exact warranty period for your specific product, we recommend contacting us or requesting warranty documentation.

Our warranties typically cover manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur under normal and intended use. Please note that warranties do not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or alterations to the product.


Can you explain the delivery process?

All orders shipped on a large carrier will require a call prior to delivery. An employee with the logistics company will contact you at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a timeline for you to be home. The delivery includes a liftgate/curbside service; this means the truck company associate will drop the item(s) at the edge of your driveway. The driver will not carry the shipment onto the driveway or elsewhere on your property, nor will it be brought into your home (this is due to liability). We recommend having help on-site to aid in moving the order.

You will be responsible for disposing of the container; please make sure to keep this temporarily in the event you decide to return the order.

What is your damage policy?

Please contact us within 30 days if a product arrives damaged. We will work to fix the problem quickly. This applies to any shipment sent via our select carrier. Reports made past then will be charged a fee for replacement.

Due to agreements with our carriers we must be made aware of damage within 5 business days to file a claim for any shipment sent via freight truck. Any damage reported after this time will not be free of charge.

Please report missing parts for any order within 5 days.
