SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
We aim for all orders to be delivered within 3 to 5 working days and to dispatch products within 48 hours, however due to the size and weight of some of our products, it can take up too 72 hours.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on most orders over £500 (brand exception below)

Standard rates of £7.99 apply to most orders under £500.
METHODS OF DELIVERY
Each of our partner manufacturers use private carriers, who are employed by the manufacturer, to deliver from their warehouse directly to your door. This allows us to be provide precise delivery estimates and in most cases to select a delivery date that is suitable for you within 3-5 working days. As an Online Only Retailer, we are not part of the warehouse or handling process and use the dropshipping fulfilment method. However we will provide you with the delivery updates and notifications, please contact us directly for any delivery related matters and our friendly team will be happy to help.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently we only ship to mainland UK, but we plan on shipping outside this in the near future, so please sign up to our newsletter for updates.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
